We use the faster payment bank transfer service to make payment directly into your bank account. We will require your account number and sort code at least one hour beforehand to set you up as a recipient with our bank . Payment will then be made upon collection and will show immediately in your account as cleared and drawable funds.

However, we appreciate not everyone will be comfortable providing bank details prior to meeting us in person, so we are happy to wait the required 60 minutes when we arrive to collect the Motorhome. Rest assured, we will not drive away in your Motorhome until you have verified that cleared and drawable funds are available in your account. Proof of payments can be provided with every bank transfer. If you do not have internet or telephone banking then the driver will be happy to wait for you to check in person with your bank or to obtain a balance from the nearest cash terminal.

Brokerage services can be a good option for some owners, but it's important to read the agreement carefully before signing. Many brokerage companies require you to sign an exclusive contract, often for around 90 days, meaning you may not be able to sell your motorhome elsewhere during that time. Some agreements also include financial penalties or cancellation charges if you decide to withdraw the vehicle from sale or sell it privately before the contract ends.

In certain cases we will buy motorhomes that do not have the V5 registration document subject to other relevant checks and each purchase would be looked at individually.

Please remember to include any extras on the valuation form you feel may increase the value of your motorhome. 

The valuation we provide to you is based on free collection from your home or place of storage. Naturally, you are more than welcome to deliver your motorhome to one of our premises. Ask us after you have received our valuation as we may be able to increase our initial offer.

Be wary of some competitors who give over-inflated valuations, but only on the condition the motorhome is delivered directly to them. With the knowledge that you will be reluctant to bring your motorhome all the way back home again, they use hard-selling tactics to find the slightest of faults to reduce the price originally quoted.

Our valuation is based on your description that you provide. We will also take into account the wear and tear expected from a motorhome of that age. However, if your description does not match the condition of your motorhome upon collection, we may have to revalue accordingly. Please remember that we want to buy your motorhome or campervan and we will be as fair as possible, but it is important that you are honest with us when describing your motorhome as this will save time and any need to renegotiate terms. Rest assured, we will only ever adjust an offer if we were to find a significant discrepancy between your description and the motorhome we have come to collect.

If you feel any adjustment on our part is unjustified to the extent you no longer wish to sell your motorhome to us, we will thank you for giving us the opportunity to purchase your motorhome and be on our way. Read carefully the small print from similar motorhome buying companies, whereby a fee is often payable if they do not purchase for whatever reason they deem fit. We never have and never will charge any fees regardless whether we proceed or not.

Outstanding finance can be easily settled as part of the transaction. After a settlement fiqure is obtained, we will clear the amount upon collection of your motorhome then pay you any balance. If you owe more on your finance than we have agreed to pay for your motorhome, you will need to either pay us the excess amount or clear the finance yourself prior to us collecting your motorhome.

In some cases, you may need to contact the finance company to provide authority for us to verify the settlement figure provided. We will let you know as early as possible if this authorisation is required.
