We use the faster payment bank transfer service to make payment directly into your bank account. We will require your account number and sort code at least one hour beforehand to set you up as a recipient with our bank . Payment will then be made upon collection and will show immediately in your account as cleared and drawable funds.
However, we appreciate not everyone will be comfortable providing bank details prior to meeting us in person, so we are happy to wait the required 60 minutes when we arrive to collect the Motorhome. Rest assured, we will not drive away in your Motorhome until you have verified that cleared and drawable funds are available in your account. Proof of payments can be provided with every bank transfer. If you do not have internet or telephone banking then the driver will be happy to wait for you to check in person with your bank or to obtain a balance from the nearest cash terminal.
In most cases, we can also pay by cash if shown some photo ID which corresponds to either the collection address or V5 registration document. We will require at least 2 working days notice, so please let us know in advance if cash is your preferred method of payment.
